With the changes, not a bad choices. It's a bit like how I had change Monsturra throughout the years before settling on his current design (not saying it's final, though I doubt I would change it too much). I do miss the jet propulsion ability, which I think made Olragon stand out a bit (the tail fin isn't a big lost to me). But, I do like the more simple design you got here.
I myself won't be missing the tail fin design much. It seemed quite redundant with Olragon's back fins, then another set on the tip of his tail. The bladed-clubbed tail design will allow him to utilize his tail as a weapon.
It does work well, I suppose. I know that thing was pain in the ass when I drew him the last time.
